About the Event
Because clay has a role in creating civilization, it is necessary to shed light on this role to show the aesthetic and intimate side at the same time.
In addition, this role also reflects the originality, nobility, and simplicity of engineering and artistic decoration, which deserves contemplation and documentation.
On the other hand, it also has a negative role, as the mud building in our societies symbolizes poverty and the denial of basic services. Because essential services are concentrated in major and central cities, and the fact that these villages and mud houses are often located in places far from the major cities means that they are marginalized and forgotten, and needs someone to remind that these places and its inhabitants are in need of care that deserves.
This is where the idea of having an exhibition to document these areas came from. In order to shed a light on the architecture from one side and to show the living conditions of its inhabitants from the other side through a visual text were pictures are its characters.
